Day One

OK, so that’s one day of eating sensibly: no pastries, no muffins, no candy, small portions.

Tonight I did a decent calisthenics routine…

200 jump rope
40 bench dips
200 jumping jacks
7 pushups
200 jump rope
35 bench dips
200 jumping jacks
5 pushups

…followed by 20 minutes of shadow-boxing with three-pound hand weights.

My alarms are set for 6:00, at which time I shall rise and take my morning constitutional.
