Day Seventeen

Another good day. I had a fantastic walk in the morning, was extremely productive at work, and did 500 stairs. I brought soy pita bread and hommus so that I’d have a healthy lunch.

Last night I could feel that my muscles needed a day to rebuild, so I knew I was going to skip calisthenics tonight. Instead, I took a brisk and pleasant one-hour walk out to the west of Larchmont.

I’m finally getting to bed on time! Yay!
