230.5???

Holy crap. I mean, yeah, some of that was water weight from the hike, but I swear I didn’t feel dehydrated at all. I chugged a lot of water before setting out, and drank three cups of tea on the hike. I never even touched the water I brought with me. Sure, I chugged some water after weighing myself, but nothing like four pounds! Man, those long hikes really do the job!!

And now for another one. But first… brunch!
