Day Forty

I managed to get up at 5:30 for my walk for the second time this week, and I managed to be alert and productive during my whole work day. My energy seems to be somewhat replenished.

After work I did an extra-long calisthenics routine and then began a shadow-boxing routine but stopped after thirteen minutes. I just felt like I’d had enough for the day, especially considering that I was a bit rusty after not having done it for two weeks.

I’m looking forward to tomorrow: another eat-whatever-I-want day with twenty-five miles of hiking. I’m getting up at 5:00 so I’m overdue for bed. Good night!
