It’s pleasing. I don’t quite understand it, but it’s pleasing. Based on my experience, I should not be losing weight this fast, given my current food intake and exercise. Again, it’s possible that I’ve succeeded beyond my wildest dreams in setting my body to fat-burning mode. And I am being more careful than ever about counting calories, so perhaps my past experience doesn’t fully apply. But this bears close scrutiny. If the weight continues to fall off this easily I’m going to see a doctor. Heck, I’m overdue for a physical anyway. I should make that appointment today.
