Well heck. This is far from what I’d expected from the last week. I’m not discouraged though. After all I am down a good half pound since last Monday, and that ain’t nothin’. Also, my eat-whatever-I-want day was on Saturday rather than Sunday this week. So the peak of the weight spike is one day further behind me than it was last Monday. In short, I’m poised to make more progress this week than I did last week. If I’m good, which means lots of exercise and no margaritas like the ones I indulged in last week, then I have a good chance of reaching 210 by the weekend.
