Oh bugger. I thought I would have dropped most, if not all, of the weight spike from Sunday. Not only have I dieted conscientiously since then but there was that little matter of climbing a high peak on Monday.

Ah well. I should have realized that a sedentary day, consisting mostly of sitting in a car, would retard my weight loss process. It always does. My weight should drop tomorrow, especially if I do a big calisthenics routine tonight.
