Me feeling not so chipper after a calisthenics routine

I didn’t get enough sleep last night because I foolishly stayed up blogging. Today was hideously stressful despite my repeated attempts to convince myself that I had no business feeling the least concerned about the situation my co-workers will face without me.

So apparently these two factors took their toll on me. Here’s the routine I just did. It’s significantly less than I did last night, and as you can see from the picture, tonight I was enervated rather than refreshed.

1st Group 2nd Group 3rd Group
Jump Rope 200 200 200
Bench Dip 50 42 37
Jumping Jack 200 200 200
Pushup 11 9 8

One more day. You’re tough. You can make it through with grace and style. Especially with Grace.

I know, right? At the very beginning I have no clue whether I’m going to turn into a zombie or into Mister I-just-exercised-and-I-feel-GREAT!

Generally speaking, I think most folks prefer zombies.
