WOO HOO!!! All my exercising since Friday — the calisthenics, the strenuous moving of boxes and furniture, the hiking through a hangover, the “YouTube workout” hike in Ward Pound Ridge that got me soaked with sweat — it all paid off! I weigh the same as I did on Friday, despite a beer celebration and an eat-whatever-I-want day! Yay!
