Day One Hundred Eighty-Five

I got out on a strenuous hike in Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, and I did a strenuous workout in the evening. I followed my diet rigorously: all I ate were two egg sandwiches, two Zone Bars, a biscotti, half a butternut squash with garam masala and ginger and no butter, and a lot of tea.

I feel like I’m just about back in the groove. Woo hoo!
