On the one hand, I’m cheating a little bit by weighing myself after a morning walk of over three hours, and before eating anything. On the other hand, the first few times I stepped on the scale it read 200.5. In any case, my weight is dropping as quickly as I could want. I feel that, after two weeks of vacation, followed by several weeks of post-vacation indolence and holiday indulgence, and capped by two weeks of sickness, I’m back in the groove. Yeah!
